Refund & Final Sale Policy

Thank you for supporting UND1SPTD LIVE. Because our tickets, services, media work, activations, and customized business opportunities require advance planning and reserved capacity, most purchases are final sale. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

Services, deposits, and business activations

All service purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. This includes, without limitation, marketing and public-relations services, creative and media services, design work, promotional campaigns, sponsorship packages, vendor or Business League participation fees, deposits, retainers, consultations, event activations, and reserved production time.

Payments reserve UND1SPTD’s time, staff, production capacity, placement, or access. A customer’s decision not to participate, delayed response, missed appointment, unused service, or change of plans does not create a right to a refund. If UND1SPTD cannot provide a purchased service, UND1SPTD may offer a replacement service, rescheduling, store credit, or a refund, as appropriate and as required by law.

Event tickets

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be exchanged because of scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, weather, performer or fight-card changes, seat preference, failure to attend, or any other personal circumstance.

Event dates, times, venues, talent, fight cards, and programming may change. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will generally remain valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible purchasers will receive the remedy announced for that event, which may include a refund of the ticket price or another remedy required by applicable law. Processing, delivery, and third-party fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Merchandise and T-shirts

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days after delivery for an exchange or UND1SPTD store credit. We do not provide cash or original-payment refunds for change-of-mind merchandise returns.

To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of odors or stains, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value.

Non-returnable merchandise

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order merchandise
• Worn, washed, used, altered, stained, or damaged items
• Digital products, downloads, gift cards, and promotional items
• Items returned after the 14-day request period

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please report an incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise order within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After review, UND1SPTD may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other legally required remedy. Normal wear, misuse, improper washing, or accidental damage is not considered a product defect.

How to request an exchange or store credit

1. Reply to your UND1SPTD order-confirmation email or use the contact option on live.und1sptd.com.
2. Provide your name, order number, item, requested exchange, and reason for the request.
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved store credit is issued after the returned item is received and inspected and may be used toward a future eligible UND1SPTD purchase.

Legal rights and policy updates

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law. UND1SPTD may update this policy from time to time. The policy displayed at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
